Funny Cheatfinder4's ip hit on your BF2142 nick at pbbans and funny you were on our server yesterday and the next day complaint on our forum about us allowing sheild overload and funny you are the only one whining about sheild overload is a glitch at EA's public forum. Where several people also have said EA/Dice doesn't see it as a glitch.

I am sorry, you are very much mistaken, I have not posted anything on your forum apart from this query. Yes I was asking about the shield glitch and you admin was very touchy about it. I did post on the EA forum and was approached by someone asking where and when I had a problem.
I will inform them of this developement. I was told that there is some investigation going on because of recent European Legislation and I saw no reason not to give details.

I do not see it is fair to ban me from the game, I have not broken any rules, I asked why you allowed glitching, you replied, I did not agree and I posted on the EA forums. As a result of that I was approached by an investigating team working for EA, or so I was told.

Also you appear to be ignorant about the way that internet connections are made. I have a dynamic IP, for security reasons my ISP changes my IP everyday so have you banned everyone who uses the same ISP as me?

Futhermore that day you were on our server you began to discuss the matter ingame with 2 admins. which also is stated in our server rules than discussing server rules or bans ingame is not the place. We still got prove you got nothing.

I do not dispute that EA told you this in 2008. Things change and new legistration out of Europe is interferring in all sorts of areas. I have an opinion but I do not control what EA do. I do not really care what they have done or will do, when I ran a server I received a completely different answer from them.
I see no reason to ban me from the server because this is being investigated by an outside party, I have no part in the instigation of such an investigation. I do not see why you have over reacted in this way, why you are so very touchy about it.
So why did you ban me from the server, what rule did I break on the server? Seems to me that your reaction to my question is a little extreme and over the top and could effect another player who happens to get a lease on the IP I was using.

All I asked ingame was if shield overloading was allowed, the admins then went off on one and were very abusive, I said several times I was only asking. Where is my proof of what? I have nothing to prove, I already said I don't care. I am a player, I voiced an opinion, you don't like that for some reason, is freedom of speech not allowed anymore? I have NOT messaged any admin, I have only posted to this thread asking why I was banned.
Why are you using bad language and swear words? Why are you being so rude in you answers? There really is no need for that sort of behaviour, it is not very adult and sets a very poor example.
The admins did not ban me, I stopped the discussion, it would have stopped a lot sooner had they not carried on and on defending their position, was was not arging with them I was merely attempting to ascertain what the rules were given that the scolling in game rules state no glitching is allowed.
A glitch is actually a short lived problem, one that appears and disappears, it has been widened in gaming to include exploits made of unintended faults in programming. If you wish to allow the use of unintended programming faults on your server that is a matter for you, all I was asking for is clarity and all I have received is abusive comments and bad language from someone I take to be in a position of authority. Is that really the way to behave?
