I have asked why I have been banned, I do not care what EA/DICE, The European Courts or anyone else is doing or not doing, I have asked why I have been banned. Is it that I posted on the EA forum? I did not mention your server on there. In my opinion the shield overload is a glitch, you say it is not, fine, so we come back to the original question, why have I been banned from the server? I stopped the discussion on there by leaving because the admins would not stop hassling me. 24 hours later I was banned. I have been subjected to bad language for merely asking the question why was I banned, all sorts of spurious and unsubstantiated allegations have been made against me but the simple truth is I have broken no rule, yet I have been banned, is there anything fair in all this? A glitch is actually a short lived problem, one that appears and disappears, it has been widened in gaming to include exploits made of unintended faults in programming. If you wish to allow the use of unintended programming faults on your server that is a matter for you, all I was asking for is clarity and all I have received is abusive comments and bad language from someone I take to be in a position of authority. Is that really the way to behave? actually it was you keep bothering them it's a glitch it's glitch, even tough they told you we got prove it's allowed and not them being abbusive. The serverlog speeks for itself. Sure it's us being abbusive because we don't give in because we got solid prove of every thing you accuse us for and keep going over it and over it again. Acutully the admins behaved really well and gave you the anserver several times where you whined it's a glitch it's a glitch. CyberPunk 184 posts +1 votes	If I remember correctly it was me & Brian that were on at the time, We answered his question over and over again & he just would not listen or accept to the point where we were getting quite pi*sed off. But as far as i remember we were not really abusive, however we were I was close to kicking him. I did leave the server after this discussion. not sure if it carried on with Brian after I left? I'm not at my home pc at the moment so cannot see if this guy is still banned, If he is then it appears he was on the server today @ 14:40 GMT, so maybe has changed his key. If hes not banned disregard my last sentence. Personally I dont see the issue.. If a server moderator & admins have stated that pillum overload, RDX Jeeps etc are allowed then accept it and just get on with playing. If you dont agree go to another server. Simples. I've always been pro pillum overload because it keeps each team on thier toes & stops ppl just nade spamming in corridoors 1 & 2. Makes for a better game in my opinion. Cyber-Punk. I agree with the above statement, I have to play under those rules, does not mean that I have to agree with them. No I have not changed my key, my IP will have changed several times since then but I am playing the same key that I have played for years. There are still many strange happenings on BF2142, earlier today I fell through the floor of the reactor room and the way to the ground and survived, not intended by the game designer I am sure. The upside, people firing pilums are very easy meat, does my score no end of good LOL. I still don't understand why I was banned from the server in the first place, all I did was post on the EA forum with no mention of the server concerned. CyberPunk 184 posts +1 votes	I did not accuse you of anything other than not getting a point the admin was trying to put over to you. It was not me that banned you, So I cannot comment on that. However throughout the gameplay server messages are displayed stating the rules of the server, also they are on this website. We admins are here to help people and ensure cheats are evicted from from the server. If you have an issue you bring up with admin please accept there comments. You were disputing what the admin was saying for quite a while. C&B have always been very fair and if you read the rules, most things are allowed other than out and out cheating & flying commander. Logical argument is probably the best way to arrive at the best solution and I accept that swapping messages in game is not really the way to progress. I apologise for that. In a perfect world, all servers should apply the same rules and there would be no "features" in a program to allow exploitation. Open discussion, without bad mouthing or personal attacks can never be harmful. I do not cheat, ever, my life has been devoted to ensuring that wrong doers and cheats do not prosper.
