gummiand 4 posts	jeg har en anden computer med win XP 64 bit og SP2, der er ikke en SP3 til 64 bit versionen. men BC2 kræver SP3 når man kører XP ! jeg kan godt installere spillet og logge ind, men når jeg prøver at komme ind på en server, siger den connection lost. er der en som har en ide om hvordan jeg løser det problem. har prøvet at skrive til EA support men aldrig fået svar fra dem, har prøvet det officelle forum hvor folk bare skrev, køb win 7. men det kunne jo være det var en nørd imellem her som vidste noget Posted Jun 12, 10

AngelFire 1517 posts	Det eneste jeg lige kan komme i tanke om er at opdate pb manuelt samt installere nyeste pb service. pb service: http://punkbuster.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe pb setup: http://punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php prøv først at installer pb servicen derefter updater pb manuelt med pbsetup. Vi havde en i clanenn der havde noget ligende problem, hvor det hjalp at opdater pb. kan så oplyse jeg gamede på win7 beta før den officelt var understøttet af pb, så er muligt at installer spil og force dem til ældre system ex xp 32 bit. kræver bare både spil og pb installers som om det var xp 32 bit. Snailswrath 33 posts	min bror hade samma problem, men som AngelFire förklarade så uppdaterade man manuellt spelet med PBsetup, har ju brottats med punkbuster i 2142 ett ANTAL gånger ;S. Jeg snakker ikke dansker... Om det går i windows Xp så borde du också köra som administratör. My brother had the same problem, but as AngelFire explained, you need to manually update the game with PBsetup, have been wrestling with punkbuster in 2142 QUITE some times ;S I DON'T SPEAK DANISH ... If it's possible in windows Xp you should also run the application as administrator. Posted Jun 12, 10
AngelFire 1517 posts	The problem he has is that when running BC2 it requires Service pack 3, the only downside is that serverice pack 3 hasen't been made for XP 64 bit which he is running. I don't think EA have thought of that that only 32 bit there is a service pack 3 for. Anyhow those soultion I posted was just to for general problem but if EA have made BC2 for service pack 3 then there is a problem when running XP 64 bit. Snailswrath 33 posts	such trivial matters... <.< ok that's kinda difficult, in worst case scenario i suggest that you partition your HDD or if you already have, and then move over all movies, music, games...porn? over to the partition /E and reformate your HDD:C :>... : /EDIT That's what ol' snail would've done T.T Posted Jun 12, 10
AngelFire 1517 posts	Something similar that SynX, BLACH and I encountred when we wanted to play Battlefield vietnam again where radio commands and music from choppers don't work on newer os that XP and totally mess up you desktop because the bfv windows go out of focus and into focus again at mapchange.
